How many pets can I have?
Households are limited to 3 pets per apartment. Pet limits are 1 dog and/or 1 or 2 cats, 3 cats or 2 dogs. $35 monthly per cat, $40 monthly per dog, one-time $300 non-refundable pet fee.
What are the dog breed restrictions?
Breeds known for vicious or aggressive behavior include, but are not limited to Doberman Pinchers, Rottweiler, Chow-Chows, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and any dog-wolf mix.
Can the maintenance team help me with handyman services?
Handyman services are offered for odd-jobs such as putting together furniture, hanging art, mirrors, shelves, curtains, etc. $100 per hour, minimum of 30-minutes.
What fees should I expect before I move in?
Application fee of $50 per applicant the age of 18 and older. $250 holding deposit. $500 Non-refundable security fee.
Can I refer a friend?
Residents are offered a $250 referral credit for referring friends or family. Credited upon referral move-in, with a 12+ month lease term.
